Green at work website

Tuesday, 01 July, 2008

The ABC has launched the Green At Work website at abc.net.au/greenatwork. The website is available for everyone, from small businesses to corporations, and is designed to be a straight-talking guide to going green at work. The site contains some of the best Australian resources to give the basics on what to do, plus a range of experts to answer user’s green at work questions.

The site includes: The Green Room — which shows any ABC site in order to see how much energy, water, waste and fuel it has gone through in the last couple of years and hear about what is planned to stem the flow; ABC insider Bernie Hobbs (aka Green Throat) will give the latest on what’s green and what’s not in her blog; and Green Your Work, which is a step-by-step guide to greening your workplace, with access to greenhouse calculators, green buying and recycling guides.

Also included is a game, facts and figures, case studies and a section called Green Guru where users can ask questions.
