Environmental data logger

The dataTaker DT80 series 2 range data logger is easy to configure and has a standard range of advanced communication features including USB memory stick support, ethernet, web and FTP. The features allow users to access their data directly from a web page over the internet or mobile phone network without the need for polling or specific software.

The data loggers are suited to environmental monitoring projects and connect to most types of sensors including SDI-12. Some typical environmental applications include weather stations, temperature, rainfall, pH, water flow and turbidity, atmospheric and pollution monitoring.

The low-power device also provides standalone operations from battery, solar cell or other independent power supplies. Connected via a modem or network device, data can be downloaded by request or schedule to anywhere the user chooses. Free software supplied provides easy-to-configure programming, data analysis and graphing tools to view data.

Data storage of up to 5 million data points with independent control of schedule size and overwrite mode allows optimal data storage.
