In many cases a wheelie bin kit is best kept intact as an emergency provision and a product such as the URLD can be used as an everyday measure.
The product is perforated in two directions for flexibility - a small or large piece can be used depending on the situation. The material is well packaged, more efficient than rags and will absorb up to 20 times its own weight.
