Particle counter for oil

The Pola 200 particle counter is suitable for a wide range of both aqueous and non-aqueous liquids.

It is a robust, high-resolution particle counter designed for counting particles in various liquids using laser light obscuration. It is simple to use and fully portable with built-in carry handle. The system is controlled via a Windows analysis program that provides the operator with a high-resolution distribution of the particles over the selected size range, which is typically 1 to 150 µm.

The unit can be used in two different modes, depending on the applications. Using it in the latex calibration mode, it is suitable for any type of application where the user requires a detailed study of the size distribution of the particles. In the ISO calibration mode, the results can be displayed in various ISO or NAS codes for oils, hydraulic fluids or any other standard required.

Applications include hydraulic fluids, used oils, cell counting, filter testing and biological applications.
