Fuji Xerox awarded for annual reporting
Fuji Xerox Australia’s Supplies Division was last month recognised at the Australian Packaging Covenant (APC) Awards for its commitment to packaging product stewardship. The division received the Australian Packaging Covenant High Performers Award for the highest annual reporting score in the Small-Medium Communications and Electronics category.
Lachlan Feggans, National Manager - Environment, Fuji Xerox Australia, said the company has “a strong sustainability ethos and [we] constantly look for innovative ways to reduce environmental impacts across our supply chain”.
“Since our Supplies Division became a signatory to the APC in 2009, we have broadened our focus from paper packaging to include the rest of our product portfolio and supply chain,” said Feggans. “Our packaging guidelines have become another driver of innovation at our Eco Manufacturing Centre, the hub of our remanufacturing, re-use and recycling of products and consumables collected from our customers; an initiative for which we are achieving zero waste to landfill.”
