Solar PV Commercial, a specialist in rooftop solar projects above 50 kW, is currently in the process of relaunching its Power Park product, which is an efficient and effective means of converting any car park into a solar charging station.

The product can create solar power from any car park, while protecting the cars, and can be tailor-made for any situation. The innovative slide-in purlins allow the solar panels from Trina Solar to be easily slipped into place, requiring 95% fewer fasteners and half the number of installers than with a conventional car park solar cover, according to the company.

Recent PowerPark projects have ranged from a golf club’s car park in Orange to a school’s bus shelter in Sydney. The company also collaborates with ChargePoint to offer a fully integrated electric vehicle charging station delivering 100% green power.
